Supreme Court instructive Order related to prison affected by earthquake

Supreme Court of Nepal issued directive order to Government of Nepal including prison management depart to immediately transfer the prisoners to the safety prison center and also instructed to follow the legal provisions related to open prison, parole, probation. This PIL petition was filed by ILF-Nepal after the earthquake in Nepal.
