Invites Request for Proposal from individuals, firms to carry out a yearly financial audit for 2076/2077 of its program. Interested Individuals, firms, institutions are requested to submit the proposal as per address given below by or before July 21, 2020 (SHRAWAN 06, 2077).

Scope of Work – Professional Services

1. Perform a comprehensive external audit of the financial statements of the fund for the fiscal year in accordance with generally accepted auditing standard
2. Evaluate requirements and per dorm and audit in accordance with the government of Nepal audit compliance.

Requirement for the content of the RFP

• Overview of the firm describing the type of services your firm provides, noting the experiences your firm provides, noting the experiences your firm has with national & international not-for-profit organizations.
• Brief bios on partners, managers, and staff that would be responsible for the work.
• Copy of your most recent peer review letter.
• Copy of renewal of firm, tax clearance pieces of evidence, etc. (tax clearance certification for FY 2076/77 needed to be submitted before starting audit)

PDS-Nepal will

• Provide all required documents prepared for the audit
• Detail general ledger and vendor payments
• Financial guidelines
• Any other requested documents
